BDE- IT sales Detail

Job Description

·         Must have experience in IT Software Industry for Business development in International Market.

·         Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.

·         Excellent communications skills and well conversant in written and spoken English is a must.

·         Should be open to shifts (UK, Australia and US Time zones).

·         Self-motivated; able to work independently as well as in a team.

·         Motivate and lead a team effectively to achieve stated sales & revenue targets.

·         Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.

·         Understanding software development life-cycle and be familiar with the offshore model.

·         Highly motivated and persistent; enthusiastic about finding new leads and prospects; able to manage own pipeline and schedule of activity.

·         Build strategic relationships with assigned accounts.
